Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding.
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
Assist harvest and curing; weigh products and record inventory.
Follow state regulations and maintain clean, organized cultivation areas.

Reliable with strong documentation and inventory skills.
Solid math and measurement skills and ability to use a scale.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
