At Curaleaf, we’re redefining the cannabis industry with a strong commitment to quality, expertise, and innovation. As a leading global cannabis provider, our brands—including Curaleaf, Select, and Grassroots—offer premium products and services in both medical and adult-use markets.

Join us at Curaleaf to be part of a high-growth, purpose-driven company that champions corporate social responsibility through our Rooted in Good initiative, supporting community outreach and positive change. Here, you’ll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, drive innovation, and help shape the future of cannabis.

Community Outreach RepresentativeLocation: Orlando, FL Open availability is required on mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a field-based role; the candidate in this position will be required to travel 100% of the time throughout the region.

About the Role:

Are you a natural connector who loves being out in the community, building relationships, and making a real impact? As a Community Outreach Representative at Curaleaf, you’ll be the face of our brand across local markets - bringing our mission to life through education, engagement, and outreach.

This isn’t your typical desk job. You’ll be out in the field, visiting doctors’ offices, hosting community events, and helping people learn about medical cannabis and how Curaleaf can support their wellness journey. You’ll turn conversations into action - driving patient acquisition, building trust with providers, and creating buzz around our dispensaries and products.

If you’re a storyteller, a doer, and someone who thrives on meaningful connections, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive patient acquisition by educating communities and healthcare providers about medical cannabis and Curaleaf’s offerings.
  • Build relationships with physicians and office staff to encourage referrals and support.
  • Partner with retail leadership to align outreach efforts with store goals and drive foot traffic.
  • Plan and host events like medical card drives, health fairs, and senior center talks—bringing our brand to life in the community.
  • Collaborate with store managers on local promotions and activations.
  • Keep things organized with clear communication, outreach logs, and timely follow-ups.
  • Work with marketing to create local content and event materials.
  • Track your impact through KPIs like leads captured, physician engagements, and event ROI.
  • Stay sharp by monitoring competitors and suggesting ways to stay ahead.
  • Follow compliance guidelines and escalate any legal questions as needed.
  • Share insights to improve outreach strategies and amplify results across teams.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with patients, caregivers, and providers.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience in healthcare, sales, community outreach, or field marketing will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in community outreach, field sales, or brand ambassadorship with demonstrated results.
  • At least 3 years of experience with public speaking, product education, hosting and attending networking events, visual merchandising, and creating visually appealing product displays.
  • Proven ability to build and manage relationships with physicians, office staff, community leaders, and corporate partners.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate Curaleaf’s value proposition.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities, including the ability to independently plan territory schedules and prioritize outreach activities.
  • Sales-oriented mindset with experience in objection handling, negotiation, and driving conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to track and report key performance indicators such as visits, leads, CRM conversions, and transactions.
  • Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for frequent field-based responsibilities.
  • Comfortable working within a regulated industry and adhering to compliance standards.
  • Ability to travel 100% of the time throughout the region.

Even Better If You Have:

  • Prior cannabis industry experience or demonstrable passion for the sector.
  • Experience working with senior living communities, assisted living facilities, or healthcare systems.
  • Experience in Retail and driving customer experiences.
  • Bilingual skills (Spanish or other languages relevant to the region).
