Assist Store Manager in leading a team to deliver an exceptional customer experience and meet financial targets.
Serve as Manager on Duty and brand ambassador for Curaleaf.
Oversee store operations: opening/closing, scheduling, task delegation.
Manage cash handling, bank deposits, and daily cash reports.
Monitor inventory, place orders, and prevent stockouts/overstock.
Maintain knowledge of POS systems and LeafLogix.

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 1 year of retail or customer service experience.
Minimum 1 year of retail supervisory experience.
Strong business acumen and KPI focus on financial targets.
Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
Experience in a heavily regulated industry.
