- Coursework in HR, Organizational Behaviour, Communications, or related fields advantageous.
- Exposure to cross-functional coordination, event management, or HR/engagement functions.
- Proficient written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and a structured, process-oriented approach.
- Working knowledge of MS Office Suite and/or Google Workspace.
