  • Strong background in listening, insights and action planning with curiosity about colleague experience.
  • Confidence partnering with senior leaders and HR teams to influence behaviour and ways of working.
  • Data-informed approach to prioritising work and demonstrating impact.
  • Bonus: experience working in matrixed or multi-country environment.
  • Bonus: hands-on experience supporting or working with employee or DEI networks.
