Lead or assist with hikes, inflatable boat tours, kayaking, snorkeling, and other activities.
Coach tours and cultural/culinary/historical experiences for voyage guests.
Provide engaging in-field interpretation and on-board guest experiences.
Create and present 30-40 minute presentations on voyage themes.
Accompany guests ashore with local guides and act as Lindblad representative.
Dine with guests and work in a multinational environment; live in close quarters.
Respond to on-board and field requests promptly; stay highly visible to guests.

🎯 Requirements

Japan-focused expertise; preference for someone from Japan.
Knowledge of Japan's natural history and culture.
Ability to tell the cultural story of Japan to guests.
CPR & First Aid certification.
Bachelor’s degree or four years of related industry experience.
Strong English reading, writing, and verbal communication.

🎁 Benefits

Daily rate for this contract position: $330/day.
