Cultural Specialist – Canadian Arctic Focus

📋 Description

• Lead guests on off-ship activities (hikes, boat tours, cultural visits).
• Provide in-field interpretation and engaging cultural presentations.
• Create and deliver 30-40 minute voyage-themed presentations.
• Assist with care of Field Staff equipment and spaces.
• Dine with guests; work in a multinational, close-quarters environment.
• Work varying hours by itinerary and maintain high guest service standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Canadian Arctic subject matter expertise required.
• CPR & First Aid certified; higher level preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree or four years related experience.
• Excellent English reading/writing and professional communication.
• Inflatable boat operations experience and ability to drive.
• Public speaking and cross-cultural guest engagement skills.
