🎯 Requirements
- Minimum age 21 and pass a criminal background check.
- High school or equivalent.
- May require rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays.
- Previous agricultural/warehouse/manufacturing/labor experience preferred.
- Flexible to assist across department tasks and locations.
- Ability to identify problems with strains/products and communicate with supervisors.
