- Maintain facility organization and cleanliness of the cultivation area
🎯 Requirements
- Minimum age 21+ and pass a criminal background check
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, holidays
- Experience in agriculture, warehouse, manufacturing or labor
- Flexible; assist other departments and locations as needed
- Identify problems with strains/products; communicate with supervisors
- Basic understanding of cannabis laws and regulations
- Team player; follow instructions and accept feedback
