📋 Description

• Manage daily cultivation staff and processes.
• Oversee flower, IPM, and fertigation activities.
• Communicate cultivation calendar to staff.
• Document activities per Cresco Labs policies.
• Role-model and resource for staff on policies and regs.
• Relay plant health and scheduling information to Cultivation Manager.

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations.
• 2+ years supervisory/managerial experience managing teams.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS applications.
• Computer literacy: word processing, POS, and database management.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Excellent multitasking and organizational skills; manufacturing exp preferred.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions.
