Oversee day-to-day cultivation operations in garden rooms.
Lead and develop a team; ensure training, schedules, and safety policies are followed.
Drive production goals, quality, and consistency in cultivation.
Maintain plant care and facility operations; topping, transplanting, canopy management.
Ensure SOP compliance and regulatory data tracking.
Communicate effectively with leadership and cross-functional teams.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in plant biology, physiology, or related field.
Experience leading a mid/large-scale cultivation facility.
Strong knowledge of plant cultivation operations and fertigation.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong communication.
OSHA safety training preferred.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
