Lead Cultivation Leads and Associates across all growth stages from cloning to harvest
Oversee daily cultivation activities: water, feeding, transplanting, sanitation
Ensure plant health, product integrity, and protocol adherence
Train, coach, and develop team per SOPs; document training
Track KPIs and metrics for quality and efficiency
Execute production schedules and maintain state regulatory compliance

🎯 Requirements

3+ years cannabis cultivation experience across full grow cycle
2+ years people management; leading teams of 5+
Strong cultivation tech: media, irrigation, lighting, environmental controls
IPM, nutrient management, cannabis genetics expertise
Proven ability to build and lead teams in fast-paced production
Excellent time-management and organization; prioritize and execute
