🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years cannabis cultivation across full grow cycle.
- 2+ years people management; lead teams 5+.
- Strong cultivation skills: media, irrigation, lighting, env controls, IPM.
- Experience building and leading cohesive teams in fast-paced production.
- Excellent time management and organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
