Cultivation Supervisor - 2nd Shift

📋 Description

• Oversee pruning and plant care to meet production goals.
• Train staff and maintain cultivation processes.
• Lead teams in topping, skirting, transplanting, moving plants.
• Handle data entry, track & trace, and payroll records.
• Manage fertigation: nutrients and reporting.
• Supervise personnel: training, development, hiring.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s in plant biology/physiology/ag sciences or equivalent leadership.
• Supervisory experience managing teams and operations.
• Knowledge of plant cultivation and canopy management.
• Strong critical thinking, problem solving, planning, and assessment.
• Computer literacy: word processing, databases, Windows, POS.
• OSHA safety training preferred.
