Cultivation Manager

📋 Description

• Oversees cultivation tasks and documentation of activities.
• Manage day-to-day cultivation operations, environmental monitoring, lighting, and irrigation.
• Train and lead cultivation team of agents and supervisors.
• Maintain, track, and audit SOPs and KPIs for the cultivation department.
• Serve as role model and resource on policies, procedures, and regulatory changes.
• Delegate tasks and weekly inventory checks to supervisors, leads, and gardeners.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture, Plant Biology or related field preferred.
• 5+ years commercial agriculture/manufacturing experience; cannabis cultivation preferred.
• 3-5 years managing and developing an hourly workforce.
• Strong leadership with sound business sense.
• Experience with various grow mediums and irrigation methods.
• Knowledge of crop management and commercial agriculture.
