- Oversees cultivation tasks and documentation.
- Manages day-to-day cultivation ops: environment, lighting, irrigation.
- Trains and leads cultivation team and supervisors.
- Maintains, tracks, and audits SOPs and KPIs for cultivation.
- Serves as role model for cultivation staff on policies and industry changes.
- Ensures nutrients and cultivation procedures are followed; reports to Facility Director.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Botany, Plant Science, Horticulture, Plant Biology or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in commercial agriculture/manufacturing; cannabis cultivation strongly preferred.
- 3-5 years managing and developing an hourly workforce.
- Experience with grow mediums and irrigation methods.
- Advanced Excel skills: formulas, functions and pivot tables.
- Knowledge of plant diseases, pests and health; strong leadership.
