Cultivation Lead

📋 Description

• Lead cultivation staff, schedules, cultivation processes, and inventory.
• Oversee quality control in the greenhouse, ensuring compliance and cleanliness.
• Manage cultivation operations and ensure proper documentation per state standards.
• Coordinate with Garden Manager to communicate policies, procedures, and updates to staff.
• Maintain rotation of strains to ensure variety and quantity.

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience training, leading and mentoring junior staff.
• Advanced knowledge of plant cultivation and cultivation facility operations.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and POS systems.
• Knowledge of medical cannabis policy and law.
• Ability to sit/stand and lift up to 50 lbs; varied weather conditions.
• Excellent multi-tasking and organizational skills; manufacturing experience preferred.
