- Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming
- Monitor humidity, temperature, and moisture to meet quality goals

- Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and inventory in the tracking system
- Support curing: hang, dry-rack, monitor climate, label and weigh products
- Operate/maintain lighting, irrigation, climate-control; keep areas clean and stocked

- Natural green thumb with passion for plants; experience harvesting in pro or home settings
- Thrive in fast-paced, team environment; collaborative and professional
- Sharp attention to detail; ensure quality and consistency
- Reliable, detail-oriented with strong documentation and inventory skills
- Solid math and measurement skills; able to operate a scale confidently
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
