🎯 Requirements

- Experience harvesting in professional or home setting
- Able to stand 8-10 hours per shift; lift up to 50 lbs
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Proficient in inventory and documentation
- Knowledge of lighting, irrigation, soil, and nutrients
