Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal conditions
Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming plants
Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, inventory in the system
Support curing: hang and dry-rack, label and weigh products, enter inventory data

🎯 Requirements

Green thumb with passion for plants; harvesting experience
Team player; thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environment
Attention to detail; ensures quality and consistency
Reliable, detail-oriented; strong documentation and inventory skills
Strong math and ability to operate a scale
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
