Assist with harvest, curing, packaging, and inventory in tracking system
Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems
Follow state regulations and security procedures for labeling and inventory
Support quality standards to ensure product meets Curaleaf specifications

🎯 Requirements

Experience harvesting in a professional or home setting
Fast-paced team environment; collaborative
Strong attention to detail and quality
Reliable with solid documentation and inventory skills
Solid math and measurement skills; able to use a scale
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
