Inspect plants for health; remove those not meeting standards.
Assist harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory.
Support curing: hang and dry-rack; monitor climate; inventory data.
Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean.

Reliable with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills.
Solid math and measurement skills; able to use a scale.
