Cure support: hang and dry-rack, monitor climate, label and weigh.
Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control; keep areas clean.

🎯 Requirements

Natural green thumb; harvesting experience (pro or home).
Thrive in fast-paced, team environment; collaborative.
Sharp attention to detail; quality and consistency.
Reliable; strong documentation, inventory, and organization.
Solid math and measurement skills; comfortable with scales.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent.
