Cross-train to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature for optimal growth
Inspect plants for health, pests, or disease and remove ones that don't meet standards
Assist with harvest, curing, and inventory in the electronic tracking system

🎯 Requirements

Experience in cannabis cultivation or gardening
Team player with reliability and eagerness to learn
Strong attention to detail and quality standards
Able to stand 8-10 hours and lift up to 50 lbs
Knowledge of lighting, irrigation, soil and nutrients is a plus
High school diploma or GED
