- Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, inventory in tracking system
- Support curing: hanging and dry-racking, climate monitoring, labeling, inventory data
π― Requirements
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
- Experience harvesting plants in professional or home settings
- Strong attention to detail and reliability; team-oriented
- Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
- Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Knowledge of growing technologies: lighting, irrigation, soil, nutrients
