Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning
Track humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions
Inspect plants for leaf health, bloom size, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming plants
Assist with harvest: cutting, trimming, weighing, inventory in tracking system
Support curing: hanging and dry-racking, climate monitoring, labeling, inventory data

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience harvesting plants in professional or home settings
Strong attention to detail and reliability; team-oriented
Ability to stand/walk 8-10 hours per shift
Lift up to 50 pounds regularly
Knowledge of growing technologies: lighting, irrigation, soil, nutrients
