Cross-train to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning.
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal conditions.
Inspect plants for health, bloom size, pests; remove non-conforming plants.
Assist with harvest, curing, weighing products, and inventory recording.
Maintain cultivation areas; operate lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Experience with plant harvesting or gardening.
Able to stand/walk 8-10 hours; lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable in a fast-paced team environment.
Basic math and measurement skills; inventory/documentation.
