Cross-trained to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest
Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to meet quality goals
Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and record inventory
Support curing: hang and dry-rack, label and weigh, and enter inventory data
Operate and maintain lighting, irrigation, and climate-control systems; keep areas clean

🎯 Requirements

Natural green thumb with passion for plants
Experience harvesting in professional or home setting
Thrive in fast-paced, team environment
Sharp attention to detail for quality and consistency
Reliable with strong documentation, inventory, and organizational skills
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
