Cross-train to support the full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
Perform daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, trimming.
Monitor humidity, moisture, and temperature to maintain ideal conditions.
Inspect plants for health, pests, disease; remove substandard plants.
Assist with harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and log inventory.
Support curing by hanging, dry-racking, labeling, and inventory data entry.

Strong math/measurement skills; can use a scale.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
