Cross-trained to support full plant life cycle from clone to harvest.
Daily plant care: cutting, rooting, transplanting, watering, feeding, pruning.
Monitor humidity, moisture and temperature to maintain ideal growing conditions.
Inspect plants for leaf health, pests, or disease; remove nonconforming plants.
Assist harvest: cut, trim, weigh, and log inventory.
Support curing: hang, dry-rack, label and log inventory.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
Natural green thumb with passion for growing plants.
Strong attention to detail; excellent documentation and inventory skills.
Reliable team player; able to meet tight schedules.
Solid math/measurement skills; able to operate a scale.
Willingness to learn across cultivation processes.
