📋 Description

• Plant care: prune, top, trim per Cresco policy
• Move plants between cultivation areas efficiently
• Transplant seedlings into larger pots
• Harvest, buck, and process plants in order
• Clean facility and equipment to maintain safety
• Track plants with accurate lot and activity documentation

🎯 Requirements

• Two years in general production; regulated field preferred
• Effective time-management and multi-tasking
• Indoor/greenhouse work in varying conditions
• Fast-paced, changing environment
• Exposure to plant material (pollen/dust)
• Sit/stand/kneel; repetitive hand tasks; lift up to 50 lbs
