Cultivation Agent - Veg/Prop

📋 Description

• Plant care tasks including watering, pruning, harvesting, and trimming.
• Move, transplant, and organize plants across cultivation areas.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production space.
• Monitor plant health and ensure quality control per Cresco Labs standards.
• Document plant tracking numbers, lot numbers, and activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption.
• Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work in indoor and greenhouse climates of varying weather conditions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing and challenging environment.
• Requires work around plant material, which could include pollen and dust.
• Requires ability to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions with your hands.
• Requires ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
