Cultivation Agent - Propagation

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens.
• Carry out daily plant care: watering, pruning, trimming.
• Monitor plant health; maintain quality controls.
• Measure and mix nutrients per Cresco policy.
• Rotate strains to meet variety and quantity goals.
• Maintain clean, organized production areas.
• Document plant tracking and production activities.
• Ensure indoor/greenhouse environments meet Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years in general production (preferred in regulated field).
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Able to work in indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, changing environments.
• Work around plant material (pollen and/or dust exposure).
• Able to sit, stand, kneel, and perform repetitive actions.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
