Cultivation Agent - IPM

📋 Description

• Measure and mix pesticides and foliar applications per policy.
• Apply pesticide and foliar treatments as directed by policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor, IPM Lead and leads.
• Execute pest and disease treatment schedules per supervisor.
• Assist with data entry, tracking and traceability logs.
• Maintain IPM logs and reports; wear PPE as required.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years’ general production experience; regulated field preferred.
• Strong time-management and attention to detail; able to multi-task.
• Ability to stand and wear PPE for extended periods.
• Ability to read and follow pesticide labels.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
• Willing to work around plant material, pollen and dust.
