Cultivation Agent - IPM

📋 Description

• Measure and mix pesticide and foliar applications; apply per policy.
• Communicate with IPM Supervisor, IPM Lead, and dept. leads.
• Scout, scope, and monitor plant health per Cresco policy.
• Execute pest/disease treatment schedules per IPM Supervisor.
• Assist data entry and track & trace.
• Fill IPM logs and reports per IPM Supervisor/Lead.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years experience in general production, preferably regulated field.
• Demonstrates ability via experience and training to perform duties.
• Time-management and high attention to detail.
• Ability to stand and wear PPE for extended periods.
• Pennsylvania Pesticide Applicator License; include exams.
• Ability to read pesticide labels and follow safety guidelines.
