- Coordinate with IPM Supervisor, IPM Lead, and department leads.

🎯 Requirements
- Two years’ experience in general production or equivalent.
- Strong time management, detail-oriented, multi-tasking, self-starter.
- Able to stand and wear PPE for extended periods.
- Ability to read pesticide labels.
- Exposure to pollen and dust from plant material.
- Ability to obtain/maintain IL Pesticide Applicator License (incl. exams).
