📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens.
• Day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, trimming.
• Maintain cleanliness and efficiency of production area.
• Support plant tracking and documentation.
• Assist Cultivation Manager with birth-to-harvest tracking.
• Maintain quality control per Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Two years production experience in regulated field (preferred).
• Time-management and multitasking.
• Indoor and greenhouse climate work.
• Fast-paced, changing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• May be exposed to plant pollen and dust.
