Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation support for one or more cannabis gardens.
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting, trimming.
• Maintain quality control to ensure high-quality product.
• Keep production area organized and clean; follow Cresco policies.
• Assist with tracking plant production from birth to harvest.

🎯 Requirements

• 21+ and legally eligible to work in the United States.
• Exposure to plant material pollen and dust.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking.
• Able to work indoors and in greenhouse climates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Sit/stand/kneel and perform repetitive hand actions; lift up to 50 lbs.
