📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for cannabis gardens; monitor plant health.
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting.
• Maintain production quality control and clean facilities.
• Move plants and soil between facility areas efficiently.
• Ensure cleanliness and adherence to Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• General production experience, preferably regulated field.
• Strong time-management and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work in indoor/greenhouse climates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 21+ years old and able to handle plant material.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
