Cresco Labs seeks a Cultivation Agent to join our facility and perform on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens.
Carry out day-to-day plant care including watering, pruning, harvesting and trimming under supervision.
Maintain plant production and health; monitor quality control per Cresco Labs standards.
Keep production area organized, clean, and efficient to support operations.

🎯 Requirements

Two years in general production, preferably regulated field for human consumption.
Effective time-management and ability to multi-task.
Indoor and greenhouse climates experience.
Fast-paced, changing environment ability.
Exposure to plant material, pollen, and dust.
Sit/stand/kneel and repetitive hand motions; lift up to 50 lbs.
