Cultivation Agent

📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens; monitor plant health.
• Daily plant care: watering, pruning, harvesting, transplanting.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of production areas.
• Support quality control and documentation of processes.
• Move plants between facility areas in an orderly, efficient manner.
• Assist with plant production to meet Cresco standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in general production, preferably regulated field.
• Time management and ability to multi-task.
• Indoor and greenhouse climates.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Exposure to plant material, pollen, or dust.
• Lift up to 50 lbs to torso level.
