📋 Description

• On-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens; monitor plant health.
• Carry out day-to-day plant care: watering, pruning, trimming.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
• Rotate strains to meet variety and quantity goals.
• Measure, mix nutrients and apply per Cresco policy.
• Document plant tracking numbers and activities.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years experience in general production in regulated environment.
• Strong time-management and multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to work indoors and in greenhouse climates.
• Thrive in fast-paced, changing environment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs; sit/stand/kneel; repetitive hand motions.
• Must be 21+ and comply with industry regulations.
