🎯 Requirements
- 2-3 years in technical support, service desk, or IT ops
- M365 administration: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
- Windows 10/11 and macOS desktop support
- Atlassian Confluence/Jira admin and support
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, network
- Exposure to ISO27001 and SOC2 security measures
