📋 Description

  • Provide 1st/2nd line support for M365 and workplace systems
  • Log, prioritize, and resolve incidents via Service Desk per SLA
  • Participate in high-priority incident response (P1/P2)
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, connectivity; coordinate with vendors
  • Administer M365 tenant (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune)
  • Manage staff lifecycle: onboarding/offboarding, licenses, equipment

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-3 years in technical support, service desk, or IT ops
  • M365 administration: Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Intune
  • Windows 10/11 and macOS desktop support
  • Atlassian Confluence/Jira admin and support
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Strong troubleshooting across hardware, software, network
  • Exposure to ISO27001 and SOC2 security measures
