Role Mission As a Content Capture Analyst, your mission is to develop, maintain, and enhance backend solutions to extract, process, and present web-based content in a structured and scalable manner. You will analyze domain-specific requirements, implement high-quality code using modern web and backend technologies, and contribute to delivering maintainable solutions that align with organizational needs. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, you will ensure the solutions developed are accurate, efficient, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Analysis: Interpret and analyze domain-specific requirements to develop appropriate backend solutions.
  • Engineering Best Practices: Apply industry-recognized software engineering practices to deliver clean, reliable, and scalable code.
  • Performance & Maintainability: Adhere to development standards and guidelines to ensure long-term performance and maintainability of solutions.
  • Testing & Documentation: Conduct thorough testing and create comprehensive documentation of developed solutions.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure the end solution meets the business purpose.
  • Content Capture: Support the automation and execution of content scraping, web crawling, and related data extraction tasks using appropriate tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree (or final year student) in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Experience: 0–2 years of experience in a similar role or internship in backend/web development.
  • Core Technologies:
  • Proficiency in the .NET framework, C#, and JavaScript
  • Strong understanding of HTML and CSS
  • Basic exposure to web scraping and automation tools is an advantage
  • Software Engineering:
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices
  • Understanding of version control tools (e.g., Git) is a plus
  • Soft Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across technical and non-technical teams
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to changing technologies and project requirements
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Hands-on exposure to web scraping frameworks or tools (e.g., Selenium, BeautifulSoup)
  • Experience in documentation and quality control processes
  • Exposure to REST APIs and understanding of backend integration workflows
