🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 4-6 years in customer experience training or learning roles
  • Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ILT and VILT
  • Experience leveraging learning tech and AI-assisted tools
  • Experience creating/updating training materials across formats (eLearning/WBT, microlearning)
  • Strong data literacy to interpret performance signals and apply insights
