🎯 Requirements

- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with ILT and VILT
- Experience leveraging learning tech and AI-assisted tools
- Experience creating/updating training materials across formats (eLearning/WBT, microlearning)
- Strong data literacy to interpret performance signals and apply insights
