As Organic Growth Lead, you will play a key role in driving the execution of SEO strategies to maximise organic performance on web, and write content to be published. You will be responsible for content strategy, content writing, digital PR integration, technical SEO collaboration, and search performance analysis, ensuring best-in-class execution to increase visibility, traffic, and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the execution of SEO and AIO strategy, ensuring alignment with product and regional objectives.
  • Oversee content planning and briefing to ensure SEO and AIO best practices are embedded in all organic content initiatives.
  • Drive digital PR efforts, working with the Organic Growth Content Director to enhance brand authority and organic visibility.
  • Work closely with the Tech SEO Manager to ensure technical SEO best practices are implemented effectively.
  • Provide actionable insights through data analysis and performance reporting, informing optimisation strategies.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure SEO and AIO is factored into site development and content structures.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in SEO or content, preferably in global markets.
  • Strong understanding of on-page SEO and the ability to collaborate with technical teams.
  • Good understanding of AIO/GEO and how to ensure our brand is exposed in the era of AI search.
  • Familiarity with technical SEO principles, including site architecture, crawlability, and structured data.
  • Experience working with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ahrefs and Lumar.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
