Crypto Compliance Lead

📋 Description

• Partner with Product, Legal, Risk and Operations to design and launch crypto products.
• Advise on regulatory requirements and operational processes for crypto products.
• Review product features, customer communications, and marketing for compliance.
• Provide timely guidance on compliance questions and regulatory developments.
• Support regulatory examinations, inquiries, and internal reviews for Robinhood Crypto.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in financial services, including crypto product compliance.
• Experience advising on AML, sanctions, and financial crime for crypto.
• Knowledge of consumer protection requirements.
• Experience advising on DeFi projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with leadership.
• Familiarity with MiCA and MiFID is a plus.
