🎯 Requirements

  • 5+ years in Training & Quality Assurance for CX teams.
  • 2+ years leading training/QA in internal and outsourced teams.
  • Experience with LMS systems.
  • Experience with Quality Assurance tools.
  • Proficiency in English, Brazilian Portuguese, and Spanish.
  • Experience launching global training and quality projects.
