We are currently seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect with OpenShiftto join our team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in OpenShift Cluster design, performance tuning, automation, and capacity planning, as well as experience in infrastructure technologies. This position involves providing technical leadership, working directly with clients, and delivering robust, scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, set up, and manage OpenShift clusters, including performance tuning and capacity planning.

Automate tasks within OpenShift utilizing tools likeJenkins,Git, andAnsible.

Diagnose and resolve pod-related issues in OpenShift environments.

Configure monitoring on OpenShift clusters usingPrometheusandGrafana.

Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, providing support and technical guidance.

Create and maintain internal documentation for compliance and knowledge transfer.

Collaborate with the Architecture team, taking ownership of specific project tasks. This includes estimating timelines, delivering on schedule, and adjusting when needed.

Anticipate potential risks and identify opportunities for optimization throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a customer-facing role within a service-oriented company, demonstrating an ability to understand customer needs, build relationships, and deliver exceptional service.

Strong knowledge ofRed Hat OpenShiftorKubernetes(3-5 years of experience required).

Experience with automation tools such asAnsible,Jenkins, andGit.

Strong technical knowledge ofCI/CD pipelines,API development,microservices architecture, andcloud infrastructure(AWS, Azure, or GCP).

Familiarity with monitoring tools likePrometheusandGrafana.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Experience withKibanais a plus but not required.

Experience inFinancial Servicesis a bonus.
