This position will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to ensure service availability and suggesting improvements.
Due to the critical nature of the infrastructure and network the team operate an day/night/weekend shift rotation to provide 24/7/365 support. We use ITIL as a tool—not a crutch—and encourage every team member to improve processes for efficiency, correctness, and value.
