This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of athlete health and safety at the world’s premier functional fitness competition.

Scope of Work

Strategic and Advisory Functions

Develop and oversee implementation of the Games medical operations plan, exercising independent medical judgment in all clinical matters.

Participate in onsite daily medical briefings, CrossFit Games ‘war room’ meetings, and post-event debriefs to provide medical input and situational updates.

Provide a post-event report summarizing medical outcomes, de-identified data, and recommendations for future Games.

Ensure all data shared with CrossFit is aggregated or de-identified in compliance with HIPAA and applicable privacy laws.
